Every programme we build is bespoke, so pricing always reflects your procedures, your environment and your rollout. That said, clients tend to come to us by one of two routes, and it helps to know which fits you before we talk.

Enterprise Programme

For larger organisations — typically those turning over £50 million or more — ready to make VR SOP training a core part of how they develop and protect their people. This is the full offering: a photoreal digital twin of your environment, multiple procedures and scenarios, the SOP-trained AI avatar, LMS integration and the data to prove it is working, rolled out across your sites. VR Proof of Concept

If you would rather see the value before committing to a full programme — or you are working to a tighter budget — a proof of concept is the sensible place to start. From £75,000 to £150,000, we build a single, high-quality scenario around one of your real procedures, so you can put it in front of your team and your board and judge the impact for yourself.
